The City of Geometry
In the City of Geometry, the world is voxelated. The horizon is a mesh of triangles, and the light is calculated by flood fill algorithms. The inhabitants speak of "Time Dilation" and "Cones of Uncertainty."
They build structures using Constructive Solid Geometry, intersecting and subtracting shapes to form new realities. To walk here is to navigate a collision detection grid.
"The frame rate is zero," a physicist explains, "only because the simulation is perfect."
